Shipping Policy

At Lucy's Craft Room, I will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. As all products advertised are handmade please allow plenty of time when ordering from me. Smaller product or products in stock will be dispatched within 3 days and delivered within 14 days for the UK and 20 days internationally.

For more bespoke products or special orders more time should be allowed and I will keep you updated on any progress made.

If there is any delay in the shipping progress I will contract you directly to inform you. 

When ordering something in time for a celebration it is best to contact me directly to ensure it can be delivered in time. ​
