Refund Policy

As all products are handmade and individual refunds will only be issued if the product is returned undamaged or sufficient evidence is sent showing that the product has been received damaged, then a refund will be issued when the product is returned.

If a product has been personalised only a partial refund can be issued if sufficient evidence is sent showing that the package was received damaged.

Unfortunately as I am a small business I cannot refund shipping costs and will therefore endeavour to ensure your package is delivered to you securely by tracked delivery.
